Rachelle is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in privacy and labour law acquired primarily over 24 years as in-house counsel at Air Canada.

Most recently, Rachelle founded and led the company’s privacy legal team. Rachelle began her law career with Robert Mainville et Associés, a boutique aboriginal law firm in Montreal. She then practiced labour and employment law at a large firm in Halifax before joining Air Canada. Before law, she worked as a journalist at The Gazette in Montreal for five years.
